I connected with the Mrs. Hughes at Rock Island High School to create a project for her 9th - 11th iJag students. The project was to give a speech to their classmates on what's their KEY and how they use it to CONNECT, how their favorite role model uses their KEY to CONNECT and as a bonus design a t-shirt they'd like the brand to make for their program. 

The students had no idea that Mrs. Hughes and I decided to gift the students merchandise after each student completed the project. The student were gifted t-shirts from the brands The World Is Yours Collection which symbolizes no matter their dreams and aspirations are that the world is theirs to accomplish it. 

The students talked about being nervous to give a speech in front of their classmates, but I created this project to help the students overcome that fear by standing with them during their speeches. It was nice to hear how they use their unique characteristics to build the network around them and give their classmates a deeper insight on how they envision positivity.
