I was invited by Ms. Ragan Ross to be a keynote speaker at the 2019-2020 iJag I & I Ceremony at UTHS. In attendance was the Mayor of East Moline, corporate management, local teachers, parents and future iJag graduates. 

I was able to speak words of encouragement into the students so they can utilize the resources around them.  I told them about my journey chasing my dreams and future aspirations; hoping they would take lessons from my speech and apply it so they can reach their dreams. 

Upon a successful speech at the I & I ceremony I was contacted by Mrs. Hughes at Rock Island High School to speak with her freshman, sophomore and senior iJag class. Each class soaked up the information and had great feedback on what they wanted to accomplish during and post high school. My story motivated members of each class to find their key that will connect them to their future goals.
